I found this and could not find anywhere 0,50$ and 1$ coins that are gold colored...

Do you think this was done by a third party?

Maybe someone will chime in. 50 cents and dollars not my ball game.

It is one of two things, that is a third party packaging so they either plated the coins gold
or they have toned. What does the other side look like.
In either case they did not leave the mint looking like that so technically it is damage.
