1996 2 dollar die crack

Hey could anyone tell me if this is a die crack or die damage or is it just something else?

Where are you referring to as a crack. Can’t see anything from that picture.
Too dark and out of focus. Plus shoot straight on, not on an angle which distorts it.

If you are talking about the anomaly/line from her bodice to the crown, it is on top of the design... it didn't bother the strike. I take it that the "line" is raised, but doesn't look at all like a die crack. I think that it post-mint damage and maybe applied to the well-worn coin. The line also might be glue or adhesive.
