Reminder - Beware of Inept (or fraudulent) NGC Grading

Another prime example. Hair, jewels and rim edges clearly worn. Coin is at best an EF+. Reverse (not pictured) had two rim dings and quite worn edges. BTW, although not annotated on the holder this coin is the slightly rarer of the two C2 dies used (O2R die) in minting approximately 100,000 of the 1.2 million 1892s.

Not only that, but it's a very scarce variety of the 1892. It's an Obv 2 that has full lower serifs on the N's, at least that's what I see.

You can't tell the grade from that lousy photo.
Do you have this coin in hand or are you just trying to flog some poor schmuck on eBay?
Ngc has been known to overgrade more than a few Canadian coins but this pic is just too poorly lit and out of focus to determine anything for sure.
