Grading help please

Not sure what grading this penny would be. Thoughts?

From those pictures the coin does not even look real.
Please take it out of the 2x2 and shoot again. It may just be reflection.

You can't grade something like that. Past cleaning(s) have left it looking like it had been both bleached and scrubbed. Wearwise, maybe F-12, but the overall look drops it down to less than VG. It's like a coin in the 5 for a dollar bin at a coin show
