$2 Bird Series

Not sure what's going on with this one,it's the top note,appears to be mis cut and ink faded, all opinions welcomed

Just cut slightly off centre, not uncommon.
It is only worth a premium if part of the adjoining note is showing on it.

Faded notes are mostly due to sun expositions
