Nice looking Note , I'm no expert and dont want to miss lead you but I would say it hold a fair premium Value. If you look in the Charlton Standard Catalogue Canadian Goverment Paper Money , Bird series $20 with Radar one digit solid number, Book value at $1200.00. You would want to have it looked at for grading and then of course find someone that wants it that much.
