Help on valuing bulk items

Hi All,
My brother-in-law and I have recently been given a bunch of notes from His father, and we are just going through them and deciding what to do with them. Most are not worth much more than face value (though there are a couple of devil faces that will get something more) due to condition or not being that rare.
I have some bulky ones that I'm not sure how to price. First up is a couple of stacks of wrapped 100 sequential $2 notes from 1986. Nothing special about the S/N, just some nice clean notes, aside from the outer ones that have some dog eared/bent corners.
If I assume to call these UNC, I noted the book value of $3.2 for the first stack and $7.00/pc for the other. Question is, how do I value these for a fair ask/sell price? Do I add a premium for someone hunting for GUNC or do I have to discount the price, as whoever gets them is just going to take their time and effort to sell them individually over the next 6mo/year/whatever?
Second bunch is 100 loose Centennial $1 notes (non-S/N). Again, aside from a few of the notes that have corner issues, they look pretty crisp and clean with nice colours. Book value (if I assume EF-AU) is $1.5-3.10 each, but what would I ask for 100 of them?
Another question I have is what is the best avenue to sell? I'm leaning towards kijiji, though I know it has risks. I've considered ebay, but nervous about sending notes in the mail. I actually contacted Canada Post and they said shipping currency cannot be insured and would be at my own risk (and I would also have to declare it as currency). How do dealers/collectors mail high value or bulk items? I can't believe they would not have them insured (ok, small $ items I understand they stick in an envelope and factor in some loss).
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Bill
