hi,

can somebody guide me in getting rid of waves/ ripple in uncirculated raw bank notes which has been kept securely in individual bank notes holder. its strange that i am seeing this only in older bank notes especially in 1937 uncirculated bills and in a few 1954 notes as well. anyone who knows how to get rid of them without pressing or knowledge of how to store them would be really helpful.

Leave them alone!
The waves and ripples were caused by wet ink, are desirable, and a good indicator of "original" notes.
Those early paper notes must have waves and ripples to achieve gem uncirculated grades

I agree 100% with TBH.
Ripples often mean heavy inking, which in my view translates to a rich, colourful, beautiful looking note.
