PCGS Holder broken

Hi,
I need some information as what i can do with the bill (pic attached) whose holder is broken and has deep cracks in it. awaiting response .

I would contact them and see if they will replace it.
I know they will with coins.

i have already contacted PCGS and awaiting a response from their side..... being christmas i think they are taking some time to respond.

I know in the coin part they are way behind I sent some in Aug 10 still haven't received them yet

do u think if pcgs agrees to put it in a new holder i will get the same grade ???

You should if you send it back as is and there is no damage done to the bill itself where the cracks are in the holder
