Just that the uncirculated bill are more valuable ofcourse but I'm wondering about specific serials number ?

Condition is everything when it comes to collecting banknotes. I always say its like "location" for real estate.

The 70 grading scale is:
UNC (or regular uncirculated- with some very minor handling, Choice or no handling, Gem perfect well centred note)
AU (or Almost Uncirculated- a few light bends or edge flicks but no creases)
EF (or Extra Fine- 1 or 2 slight creases but & more evidence of circulation)
VF (or Very Fine- 3 vertical folds and signs of circulation but still a clean pretty note)
F (or Fine- Well circulated. More folds but no design elements removed from the creases)
VG (or Very Good- considerable evidence of circulation with creases and some soiling/design wear)
G or (Good - same as VG but with more soiling & edge tears/issues)

The note pictured is VG to F and since this $20 is still in circulation it is a definite "spender" in my books. Recent issues (last 2 or past 20 years) must be in AU to UNC unless they're special serial numbers (solid radars) or errors but even then they should be in VFor better.

There is nothing special about the serial number.
If it was uncirculated, it would be worth about $22.00
Circulated it is worth $20.00.
