I posted a bunch of notes in the discussion board about a year ago. They include 1954 and 1973 series replacement notes. Do you need my permission to post?

If you can post, you you have permission to post. The bills may have just been missed. If you used the same login information you could just find you post and bring it back to the front. This helps the moderator see them, but us too!
