I seen on eBay one just like this one is going for $799.99 and I know this nickel is not graded but it is a very nice gem of a nickel being that it's 57 years old

Do you have a link for that coin on eBay, I would like to see where any Small Bead nickel sold for that much.
Also yours is nowhere near a Heavy Cameo, it is not even a Cameo, just a regular business strike that is worn and worth about 10 cents.

As I mentioned above. Common coin 85 million minted, dings and gash. It's a spender and there is no cameo. Where do you see cameo?
