Could someone assist me to evaluate an uncut sheet of $2.00 bills? What information can I provide?

Assuming it is in pristine condition, the signatures and three letter prefix would be useful information.
The common varieties are worth about $150. If your prefix ends in X, then its worth a little more.

Thanks beachcow, I hadn't opened the roll for a couple of decades and to my surprise, it is a roll of $1.00 notes. Sorry for the misinformation.

It looks like the 1s could be worth even more. Book value says approx $300. You may not be able to sell for that but it's a guideline.
