Hi folks.
I just purchased 6 Tubes of 25 silver maple from the mint. They are beautiful to say the least. As I was inspecting these beauties I noticed a very large oddity on one of the coins. Right above the head of Charles on the obverse I noticed a line. This came right out of the sealed tube from the mint. I am wondering if this could be worth sending to get graded at PCGS as Foreign obstructions during the minting process. Or maybe it would be classified as a damaged coin and I should reach out to the mint and get a exchange for the coin.
I'm sorry for the photo's these are the best shots I can take because the 2025 silver maples are very shinny and difficult to photograph due to the glare. I have a digital scope as well but photo's come out horrible due to the reflection.

It looks like a minor struck through. It should not have gotten by quality control.
It certainly wouldn’t be worth grading as it adds no value.
Whether you send it back or not depends on what you intend to do with them.
If you are keeping them as in investment, then it doesn’t matter as it still
contains 1 oz .of silver bullion and would not affect the value.

Totally agree with previous comments. This coin is damaged in mint process. This will diminish the grade is sent for grading. Can I ask why you want these coins graded?

I'm confused, the mint does not sell regular issue silver maples direct to the public, they are only available through authorized dealers. you cannot return them to the mint, unlike numismatic collectible coins they have no guarantee of quality, only fineness and security. Your dealer will almost certainly exchange any one you are dissatisfied with as these are very liquid, value does not depend on condition.I just purchased 6 Tubes of 25 silver maple from the mint.

You are correct TBH, you can only buy them new from authorized dealers.
I had the same problem and took it back to the dealer I brought it from.
He brought out a couple of them and said take your pick.
It does not matter to them as it is just a bullion coin.
