1859 misc questions

[COINSandWine]

in an old album I just found this 59 and took a second look at it.
have a few questions
1 will ICCS and or CCCS certify it to be a 5/5?
2 what is going on with the 9? First I would say it is PMD. However, looking at it closely, I have my daubt.
TP 9? or maybe a messed up whatever...?

Just open up the thread to reply and you'll see 11 square links just above the message area. Click on the "mountain" one for inserting an image. It will ask you which image that you want to insert. Then go to your documents or picture folder and and click on the image that you want. Then it gets entered into this website link and gets posted as part of your verbiage.
