1963 Canada 5 cent Double Beaver head

I have 4 of these nickels that have a doubled beavers head or a die chip in the beavers head. Would this be considered a variety and if so how would you go about getting it recognized a a variety.

It looks like there is doubling on the KG and also a bare belly on this beaver.

Nothing new here.
This double beaver has been known for many years.
I would not be surprised to find it listed in a Zoell catalog.

On that site it is attributed to die deterioration, neither error nor variety.

Die deterioration is a Die Event, it is just part of the minting process.
When a die starts to get worn, the metal instead of flowing into the cavities of
the die to form the surface, flows over the cavities giving it a doubling effect.
This is sometimes also known as DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling.)

PS- I could not find it listed in Zoells

Yes, it is neither a variety or an error ... die deterioration as stated above and just using worn dies & no extra value.
