W. Smith - Gatineau
Description
William Smith opened a general store around 1867 to 1902. While the aluminum token may have been issued for trade purposes, the brass one, like M. Foley's, is suspected to have been issued for numismatists. These tokens were used only a short time. The balance were purchased by Mr. P. N. Breton.
